How do you reimagine a pre-war building?
Philip House is a pre-war condominium in the Upper East Side. The Cheshire group engaged on the branding, marketing and advertising efforts for this building. The website was a key sales tool in supporting the sales effort for each condo unit sold.
Role: Art Director and lead designer for this project working on the identity, brochure design, campaign concept as well as the UX and visual design for the website.
